Once your bar association has agreed to participate in a Rule of Law Day Event, you can call on the Center for Rule of Law for the following administrative and organizational assistance:
Reach out to the Center for Teaching the Rule of Law for for information on these services.
On to Step 4
- A presentation to your bar association (with a CLE option) to introduce the Rule of Law Project
- Access to an online volunteer sign-up system to match teachers and lawyers/judges for individual presentations (Classroom or Assembly Break-out Sessions)
- A training session with the volunteers and teachers
- For Assemblies and Rule of Law Fairs, assisting in organizing events including mock trials, scavenger hunts, and other activities
- For Field Trips, liaising with courts and historical sites
